We pretty much paid retail for this one as it was our first in Syracuse and we didn’t have a lot of time for rehab. We made a week-long trip back to the east coast to work on it with my father-in-law and replaced the flooring in the partially finished basement, cleaned up the laundry room with new laminate and white drylock plus did some landscaping and general house cleanup.
